Care for you and your baby at every stage of your pregnancy

Our Services – Pregnancy Care

We consider every pregnancy precious and believe that pregnant women require specialist care and support during their pregnancy. We also believe that pregnancy care is especially important for women who have been through fertility treatment to conceive. Our team understands your personal journey to conceive and the unique needs of your pregnancy.

Who is it for?

We recommend obstetrician-led pregnancy care for those who..

  • Want peace of mind knowing that they’re being cared for by the same team throughout their pregnancy.
  • May have additional care needs due to a “high-risk” pregnancy.
  • Want to discuss a delivery plan with their obstetrician but values input from an experienced professional.

Our Solutions

High-risk Pregnancy Care

There are many potential reasons why a pregnancy may be considered “high-risk”. You could have a pre-existing medical or surgical condition, or require specialised medical management following fertility treatment. Some women experience early cervical shortening; sometimes conditions such as gestational diabetes or hypertension develop during pregnancy. Whatever your concern, we will provide the appropriate level of support.

High-risk pregnancy care solutions are designed to ensure you and your baby are given the level of support necessary to reduce any risk as much as possible. We can adapt your pregnancy care plan to your needs, providing additional checks or ultrasound scans beyond the routine milestones in pregnancy.

Fetal Development

Ultrasound scans are a quick and simple way to keep track of your baby’s development, and reassure us that everything is progressing as anticipated. We have access to in-house ultrasonographers that can monitor your pregnancy. We typically recommend an initial scan to confirm pregnancy at 7-8 weeks, a 12-week nuchal translucency (NT) scan to look at the health of your baby, and a foetal anatomy scan at 20 weeks, as well as growth scans to monitor fetal development.
